KATHMANDU, JANUARY 19

The price of gold in the domestic market fell by Rs 800 per tola on Sunday, following a steady increase last week.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of fine gold is now being traded at Rs 157,100 per tola, down from Rs 157,900 per tola recorded on Friday.

Similarly, silver prices also declined, dropping by Rs 30 per tola. Silver is currently trading at Rs 1,860 per tola, down from Rs 1,890 per tola on Friday.
