Esewa Money Transfer partners with Touch 'n Go to facilitate SSF contributions from Nepali migrants in Malaysia

Esewa Money Transfer, Nepal's first digital remittance company, has partnered with Malaysia's Touch 'n Go eWallet to allow Nepali migrant workers in Malaysia to contribute directly to Nepal's Social Security Fund (SSF).
The agreement was signed by Ajesh Koirala, CEO of Esewa Money Transfer, and Sarveswaran Raja Gopal, CEO of TNG Digital Remittance. The collaboration enables seamless SSF payments through the Touch 'n Go eWallet, marking a step toward long-term strategic cooperation between the two fintech platforms, according to the press release issued by the Esewa.
'This partnership goes beyond just remittances. We are actively exploring multiple areas of collaboration with F1Soft for mutual growth driven by innovation. This initiative is a significant and forward-looking step toward advancing financial inclusion and expanding access to social protection for the Nepali migrant community, 'said Gopal.
Koirala added, 'This this collaboration will not only simplify the payment process but also play a pivotal role in enhancing the long-term financial security of Nepali migrants abroad.'
Established in 2019 under Nepal's F1Soft Group, Esewa Money Transfer provides digital remittance and payment services nationwide. Touch 'n Go is Malaysia's most widely used eWallet platform, supporting a range of cashless transactions.
