MetLife Nepal earns great place to work certification

Recognition highlights company's strong workplace culture and employee trust

KATHMANDU, AUGUST 3

MetLife Nepal has been officially certified as a Great Place to Work, joining 33 MetLife markets worldwide that participated in the global survey. The recognition reflects the company's commitment to fostering a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired, according to the press release issued by the company.

Last month, over 24,000 employees from across 33 MetLife markets took part in the Great Place to Work Trust Index Survey, a globally recognized benchmark for measuring employee experience. MetLife Nepal achieved a score well above the global threshold needed to earn this certification, underscoring its inclusive culture, shared purpose, and people-first approach, the company said.

'This recognition isn't just a milestone-it's a reflection of the culture we've nurtured together,' said Nirmal Kajee Shrestha, Vice President and General Manager of MetLife Nepal. 'It reaffirms our belief that when people feel trusted, respected, and empowered, they bring their best selves to work-and that makes all the difference for our customers, communities, and each other.'
