Holiday Inn Express Kathmandu Naxal has announced the appointment of Vara Prasad as its new General Manager, bringing with him more than 18 years of extensive hospitality experience and a proven record in operational excellence.

Vara, described as a competitive and results-driven leader, has built a career on managing hotel operations, enhancing guest experiences, and driving revenue growth. His leadership style emphasizes team empowerment, stakeholder engagement, and brand integrity.

Prior to joining Holiday Inn Express Kathmandu Naxal, Vara served as Director of Operations at Fairfield by Marriott in Ahmedabad, where he achieved notable improvements in revenue performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

In his new role, Vara will oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations - from guest comfort and safety to financial performance and market positioning - while leading his team toward continued success. His expertise spans revenue generation, operations management, marketing, compliance, and talent development, the hotel said.
