The second edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) T20 tournament will take place from November 17 to December 13, the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) announced.

Eight teams-Biratnagar Kings, Janakpur Bolts, Chitwan Rhinos, Kathmandu Gurkhas, Pokhara Avengers, Lumbini Lions, Sudurpaschim Royals, and Karnali Yaks-will vie for the title. A mini-auction of players has already been completed.

The first edition, held last year, was won by Janakpur Bolts. Ahead of the tournament, the Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground in Kirtipur is undergoing upgrades, including a new parapet and floodlights.
