KATHMANDU, SEPTEMBER 5

Gold price surged again in the domestic market on Friday, rising by Rs 2,500 per tola, with fine gold now trading at Rs 210,400 per tola, marking a historic high.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold was previously traded at Rs 207,400 per tola.

Silver also saw a modest increase, rising by Rs 10 per tola. The precious metal, which was traded at Rs 2,480 per tola on Thursday, is now being sold at Rs 2,490 per tola.
