20 climbers reach Manaslu summit under Seven Summit Treks on Thursday

The autumn Manaslu season continues to accelerate as 20 climbers-10 foreign mountaineers and 10 Sherpa guides-reached the 8,163-metre summit early Thursday, Seven Summit Treks confirmed.
With this latest success, the outfitter now leads 62 climbing members on the mountain this autumn, supported by a large Sherpa team.
Thursday's summit team featured climbers from 10 countries, including Iran's Seyedhamidreza Hasemi, Pakistan's Salman Ateeque, Ukraine's Nataliia Vladykina, Bulgaria's Georgi Emilov Kolevichin, Germany's Steffen Buck, Mexico's Ignacio Alonso Martinez Cardenas, the United States' Arlen Keshishian, Turkey's Merve Tekin Yildiz, Bangladesh's Taufique Ahmed Tamal and China's Guangyu Xie.
They were guided by Sherpas Ngang Dorchi Bhote, Mingma Nurbu Sherpa, Jyamjo Lama, Dharchhe Bhote, Danuru Sherpa, Pemba Thenduk Sherpa, Pemba Gelu Sherpa, Dawa Bhote, Mingma Tenjen Sherpa and Nawang Thindu Sherpa.
Seven Summit Treks said more climbers are ascending to higher camps for upcoming summit pushes, aiming to add to the growing count in this season's busy schedule.
