KATHMANDU, NOVEMBER 24

Communications and Information Technology Minister Jagadish Kharel expressed confidence that all political parties will participate in the House of Representatives elections scheduled for March 5.

Addressing a programme in Dolakha district, Kharel said a favourable environment for polls has been created and the government is ready to conduct elections. He stated that the government's primary responsibility is holding timely elections and that all political parties are engaged in the process.

Kharel also emphasised the government's focus on good governance, stating it has prioritised curbing corruption.

He visited his birthplace Sunkhani in Kalinchowk and offered prayers at Kalinag Temple before visiting the Kalinchowk Rural Municipality office.
