116, 000 tourists visited Nepal in November

KATHMANDU, DECEMBER 1 A total of 116,553 foreign tourists entered Nepal in November this year. According to data released by the Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) today, tourist arrivals recorded a noticeable increase during the month. India accounted for the highest number of visitors, with 18,995 arrivals in November. This was followed by the United States (11,254), China (7,871), the United Kingdom (7,189), Bangladesh (5,653), Australia (5,393), Sri Lanka (4,831), Myanmar (4,484), France (4,211) and Germany (4,134). Region-wise, 30,870 tourists from South Asian countries visited Nepal, followed by 28,613 from other Asian nations, 13,678 from the Americas, 5,891 from Europe, 1,802 from the Middle East, 412 from Africa, and 6,269 from other regions, according to the NTB. From January to November 2025, Nepal recorded over 1,060,269 tourist arrivals. In comparison, the country welcomed 128,443 visitors in October alone.
