KATHMANDU, DECEMBER 12 Three people were killed and eight others injured when a jeep skidded off the road at Chiyuribas in Nisdi Rural Municipality-4 in Palpa on Friday. According to the police, the jeep (Lu 1 Ja 3908) was heading from Nisdi to Rampur at the time of the incident. Deputy Superintendent of Police Hom Prakash Chaudhary said the identities of the deceased have yet to be confirmed. The injured have been taken to Madhya Bindu Provincial Hospital in Nawalparasi (Purva) for treatment. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
