KATHMANDU, DECEMBER 16 Soltee Hotel Limited has successfully concluded its 51st Annual General Meeting, endorsing key financial proposals and appointing a new board of directors. The AGM approved the company's financial statements for FY 2081/82 and endorsed a proposal to distribute a 16.58 percent cash dividend along with bonus shares to shareholders. The meeting also appointed JB Rajbhandari & Divins, Chartered Accountants, as statutory auditors. A nine-member board was formed, representing institutional and public shareholders, along with an independent director. Following the AGM, the newly formed board appointed Dinesh Bahadur Bista as Executive Chairperson. Soltee Hotel Limited, one of Nepal's leading five-star hotel operators, has been active in the tourism sector for over six decades.
