Vote counting begins in Kailali-3

GHODAGHODI, MARCH 6 Vote counting has begun in Kailali Constituency-3 under the House of Representatives election. Election Officer Puskal Raj Prasai said the counting started with ballots from Kailari Rural Municipality-3. Of the total 109,122 registered voters in the constituency, 60,294 ballots, around 55 percent, were cast in Thursday's election. The constituency comprises 45 polling stations and 147 polling centres across Ghodaghodi Municipality, Bhajani Municipality and Kailari Rural Municipality. A total of 11 candidates representing different political parties are contesting in the constituency.
