KATHMANDU, MARCH 6 With more than 3,000 votes, Amresh Singh of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) is ahead of Gagan Thapa, the president of the Nepali Congress, in Sarlahi-4. Speaking with THT, Singh's brother, Shailendra Kumar Singh, confirmed, 'RSP has obtained 4,323 votes, and Nepali Congress 1,245 until 1:00pm.' He also stated that the current lead is likely to be maintained.
