KATHMANDU, MARCH 6 Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) candidate Manish Jha has taken an early lead in the House of Representatives election for Dhanusha constituency-3 in Madhesh Province. According to initial counts, Jha has secured 5,394 votes. Nepali Congress candidate Bimlendra Nidhi follows with 1,906 votes, while CPN (UML) candidate Juli Kumari Mahato (Mahaseth) has received 828 votes.
