RSP leads in 70 constituencies as Mahabir Pun tops in Myagdi-1

KATHMANDU, MARCH 6 The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) continues to dominate early results from the House of Representatives elections, securing 1 confirmed seat and leading in 70 constituencies across the country, according to the Election Commission's latest update. The Nepali Congress (NC) has won 1 seat and is leading in 6 constituencies, while the CPN-UML and Nepali Communist Party are leading in 6 constituencies each. Smaller parties including the Rastriya Prajatantra Party, Pragatishil Loktantrik Party, and Shram Sanskriti Party are each leading in 1 constituency. In Gandaki Province's Myagdi constituency-1, independent candidate Mahabir Pun has taken an early lead with 1,381 votes, highlighting continued support for his candidature.
