KATHMANDU, MARCH 27 Dr. Amresh Kumar Singh is set to be appointed Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supplies in the government led by Kathmandu Mayor Balen Shah. Singh, who was elected to the House of Representatives from Sarlahi Constituency-4 in the March 5 elections, defeated Nepali Congress General Secretary Gagan Kumar Thapa.
