KATHMANDU, MARCH 30 A Cabinet meeting is scheduled to be held at 4:00 pm today, according to Government Spokesperson and Minister for Education, Science and Technology Sasmit Pokharel. This will be the second Cabinet meeting since Balendra Shah assumed office as Prime Minister. The first meeting was held on March 27, the day the new government was formed.
