KATHMANDU, APRIL 7 Newly elected Vice Chair of the National Assembly, Leela Bhandari, took the oath of office and secrecy today before National Assembly Chair Narayan Prasad Dahal, in the presence of President Ramchandra Paudel. The swearing-in ceremony was held at the Office of the President, Shital Niwas. Vice President Ram Sahaya Prasad Yadav, Prime Minister Balendra Shah, House of Representatives (HoR) Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal, Acting Chief Justice Sapana Pradhan Malla, along with lawmakers, heads of constitutional bodies, and senior government officials, were present on the occasion.
