KATHMANDU, APRIL 8 President Ramchandra Paudel is set to address a joint session of both Houses of the Federal Parliament on Friday. According to the Office of the President, he is scheduled to deliver the address at 3:00 pm on Friday, upon the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, in accordance with Article 95 of the Constitution. The President has summoned all members of both the Upper House and the Lower House to be present at the session.
