Govt appoints Narayan Dutta Paudel as APF's 13th IGP

KATHMANDU, APRIL 27 The government has appointed Additional Inspector General Narayan Dutta Paudel as the 13th Inspector General of the Armed Police Force (APF) Nepal. A Cabinet meeting held on Monday decided to promote Paudel to the post. He will assume office from May 1, succeeding incumbent IGP Raju Aryal, who is retiring upon completion of his tenure. Paudel, currently serving as chief of the Human Resource Department at APF Headquarters, Halchok, was the senior-most contender for the post.
