KATHMANDU, MAY 7 The price of gold continued its upward trend in the domestic bullion market on Thursday, increasing by Rs 1,800 per tola. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold is being traded at Rs 298,600 per tola today, up from Rs 296,800 per tola on Wednesday. With the latest increase, the price of gold has risen by Rs 7,600 per tola over the past two days after rebounding from a declining trend earlier this week. Similarly, silver price also increased by Rs 100 per tola. Silver is being traded at Rs 5,155 per tola today, compared to Rs 5,055 per tola on Wednesday, the federation said.
