KATHMANDU, MAY 11 A meeting of the Council of Ministers is underway at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers in Singha Durbar. The meeting, chaired by Prime Minister Balendra Shah, began at 10:30 am on Monday, according to Dipa Dahal, Press and Research Expert at the Prime Minister's Office. The Cabinet is expected to endorse the government's policies and programmes for the upcoming fiscal year. President Ramchandra Paudel is scheduled to present the policies and programmes at a joint meeting of the Federal Parliament at 4:00 pm later today.
