KATHMANDU, MAY 14 Newly appointed House of Representatives (HoR) Secretary Prakash Adhikari took the oath of office and secrecy on Thursday. Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal administered the oath at the Federal Parliament Secretariat. President Ramchandra Paudel had appointed Adhikari to the post on Wednesday on the recommendation of the Speaker. He assumed office the same day.
