KATHMANDU, MAY 14 The House of Representatives on Thursday resumed deliberations on the government's annual policies and programmes for the fiscal year 2083/84. Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal informed the House that 35 amendment proposals have been registered, with members currently presenting their views. The policies and programmes were presented by President Ramchandra Paudel at a joint sitting of the Federal Parliament earlier this week. During the meeting, the Speaker directed lawmakers to maintain parliamentary decorum and avoid indecent or defamatory remarks, citing Rule 21 (4) of the HoR Regulations. He also instructed the HoR Secretariat to remove unparliamentary expressions used by MP Ganesh Parajuli in a previous meeting held on May 12.
