KATHMANDU, JUNE 10 Global IME Bank and Bhatbhateni Supermarket & Departmental Store have partnered to introduce a zero-interest equated monthly installment (EMI) facility for credit card holders. Under the scheme, customers purchasing goods worth Rs 15,000 or more at Bhatbhateni outlets can convert payments into installments of up to 18 months without interest or processing fees. The two organisations have also announced plans to introduce a co-branded Global BBSM Club Credit Card for regular Bhatbhateni shoppers. Credit limits will range from Rs 150,000 to Rs 300,000 based on customers' transaction history. Officials said the partnership is intended to promote digital payments and expand access to modern financial services while offering greater convenience to consumers.
