KATHMANDU, JUNE 21 A total of 4,211 representatives are participating in the first general convention of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), which began in Chitwan on Sunday. RSP Organisation Department Secretary Shankar Shrestha said the delegates comprise representatives from provincial committees, international chapters, nominated members and recently inducted party members. Bagmati Province has the highest representation with 794 delegates, followed by Madhesh with 630, Lumbini 621, Sudurpashchim 505, Gandaki 454, Koshi 364 and Karnali 343 representatives. The convention also includes representatives from the party's 33 international chapters, central departments, commissions, advisory bodies and elected local and federal representatives.
