KATHMANDU, JUNE 23 German home appliance brand Bosch has opened its first dedicated brand store in Nepal in partnership with the Laxmi Group, marking a major expansion of its presence in the country's premium home appliance market. Located at Jawalakhel in Lalitpur, the new store offers Bosch's range of premium products, including refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, food preparation appliances and built-in kitchen solutions. BSH Home Appliances India Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Saif Khan said Nepal presents significant long-term growth potential due to rising urbanisation, increasing disposable incomes and growing demand for premium, technology-driven appliances. Bosch said it sees strong opportunities in Nepal's front-load washing machine and emerging dishwasher segments, as consumers increasingly seek efficient and convenient household solutions. Laxmi Group Chairman Ganesh Bahadur Shrestha said the collaboration reflects growing demand among Nepali consumers for innovative and durable global products. Bosch currently operates through a network of more than 70 dealer partners and 20 modern trade outlets across Nepal and plans to further expand its retail footprint, after-sales service and product portfolio in the country.
