KATHMANDU, AUGUST 6 Ncell has launched a limited-period Monsoon Offer, allowing prepaid customers to receive cashback of up to 20 per cent on eligible pack purchases and new prepaid SIM card purchases. Under the scheme, prepaid users activating eligible packs worth Rs 50 or more will receive cashback ranging from 5 per cent to 20 per cent, depending on the value of the purchase. Customers will receive an SMS confirming the reward, which will be credited to their Ncell App account and must be claimed within 24 hours. The cashback can be redeemed within seven days. According to the company, customers purchasing packs worth Rs 50–99 will receive 5 per cent cashback, those buying packs worth Rs 100–200 will receive 10 per cent, purchases of Rs 201–499 will earn 15 per cent, while packs worth Rs 500 and above will qualify for 20 per cent cashback. Chief Consumer Business Officer Upanga Dutta said the campaign aims to provide greater value to customers while encouraging wider use of the Ncell App. The company said the app also offers access to benefits through partner brands, including discounts and promotional offers on products and services. According to Ncell, the Monsoon Offer forms part of its broader strategy to expand its digital ecosystem by encouraging customers to use the Ncell App for services, rewards and partner offers. The offer is available exclusively to prepaid customers for a limited period.
