RAUTAHAT, AUGUST 10 A house was destroyed in a fire after an electrical short circuit in Dudhiawa of Fatuwa Bijayapur Municipality-10, Rautahat, on Monday morning. The fire broke out at around 7:15 am at the two-storey wooden house of local resident Dipendra Bhakta Kharel. The blaze was brought under control with the assistance of firefighters, locals, the Armed Police Force and Nepal Police. According to a preliminary assessment by Nepal Police, household goods worth around Rs 1.858 million were destroyed in the fire.
