KATHMANDU: Communist-a collection of 18 short stories-authored by Anwika Giri, journalist, working for the Annapurna Post daily, was released amidst a function here on Friday. Litterateurs Narayan Dhakal and Nayan Raj Pandey jointly released the book and applauded Giri’s writing skills. “She is the rising star in the field of fiction,” they said. Literary figures including Madan Pursakar winners Krishna Dharabasi and Yubaraj Nayaghare attended the programme organised by Readers’ Club, Nepal.
