KATHMANDU, AUGUST 30 Nepal-based job portal and HR solutions provider Kumari Job has integrated its AI-powered Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with LinkedIn to streamline recruitment and expand employers' access to potential candidates. Kumari Job said its platform has more than one million registered users and candidates, while LinkedIn has around 2.7 million users in Nepal. The integration provides employers with an estimated combined reach of more than 3.7 million across the two platforms. The ATS allows employers to search candidates, track applications, screen and shortlist applicants, manage interviews and talent pools, and oversee the hiring process from a single platform. The company said its AI-enabled resume search allows recruiters to identify candidates based on skills, job titles, experience, qualifications and location. Its AI tools can also screen profiles against job descriptions and generate summaries of candidates' relevant qualifications and experience. Kumari Job said it has integrated technologies from OpenAI and Google Gemini into its ATS to support recruitment tasks and reduce the time spent on manual CV screening. Managing Director Sandesh Bhandari said the integration was aimed at making recruitment more proactive by helping employers identify and manage suitable candidates rather than relying solely on vacancy announcements and applications.
