Gold price falls Rs 2,400 Monday, down Rs 11,900 in two days

KATHMANDU, AUGUST 31 The gold price has further declined by Rs 2,400 per tola in the domestic market on Monday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association. With the fall, gold is being traded at Rs 306,600 per tola today, down from Rs 309,000 per tola on Sunday. The decline amounts to Rs 11,900 per tola over the first two days of the week. Meanwhile, the silver price remained unchanged at Rs 4,780 per tola, the same as Sunday's rate.
