KATHMANDU, SEPTEMBER 4 Nvidia founder, President and CEO Jensen Huang has donated $10 million, equivalent to around Rs 1.5 billion, to the Prime Minister's Disaster Relief Fund for victims of the Rasuwa-Bhotekoshi floods. Finance Minister Dr Swarnim Wagle announced the contribution and thanked Huang on behalf of the Nepal Government, saying the donation would make a significant contribution to relief and rescue efforts for those affected by the disaster. Wagle said Huang's contribution was important from a philanthropic perspective and expressed hope that it would encourage other individuals and organisations to support flood victims. He added that the donation would provide further support for the relief and rehabilitation of affected citizens.
