HETAUDA, SEPTEMBER 10 Police have arrested a convicted prisoner who escaped from Bhimphedi Prison in Makwanpur during the Gen-Z movement. A joint team from the District Police Office, Makwanpur, and the Community Service Centre, Hetauda-12, arrested 39-year-old Sant Bahadur Titung of Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City-13, Banasapati, on Thursday. Titung had been serving a sentence in a robbery and theft case and had remained on the police's wanted list since his escape. Police said he was arrested while walking along a road near his home. He was brought to the District Police Office, Makwanpur, and will be sent back to prison after completion of necessary procedures.
