Korea-Nepal team distributes relief to flood-hit locals in Rasuwa

DHUNCHE, SEPTEMBER 11 Community-based organisations from South Korea and Nepal have joined hands together to support the victims of devastating floods in Rasuwa district. Members from the Korean Buddhist Society, Dreaminus and Worldedge Nepal reached the flood-affected rural parts of the district with relief materials. According to Ngawa Ngima Sherpa, President of Worldedge, the team distributed relief materials to 350 flood-affected families in Dhunche, Rasuwa, along with 300 sets of reconstruction tools in Uttargaya Rural Municipality to support rebuilding efforts. 'This week, we will further provide relief support to 350 additional families in Dhunche and 150 families in Thulo Barkhu and Sano Barkhu,' Sherpa informed. Sherpa further added that they are committed to supporting the affected communities not only with immediate relief but also with essential tools for reconstruction and recovery.
