Generally cloudy conditions are expected across the country throughout the day and night. Moderate rain or snowfall accompanied by thunder and lightning is likely in some parts of the Himalayan and hilly regions. Moderate rainfall with thunderstorms is also forecast in parts of the Terai in Koshi, Lumbini and Sudurpashchim provinces, and in a few places in Madhesh, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces.
