KATHMANDU, SEPTEMBER 18 Prime Minister Balendra Shah will leave for New York on September 22 to lead Nepal's delegation to the high-level week of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA). According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Shah will address the General Debate of the UNGA on September 24 and is scheduled to meet UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres during his stay. Foreign Minister Shisir Khanal will depart for New York on September 20 to participate in high-level meetings, side events and ministerial-level engagements. He is also scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with foreign counterparts and dignitaries. The Nepali delegation includes Chief Advisor to the Prime Minister Kumar Byanjankar, Foreign Secretary Amrit Bahadur Rai and other senior government officials. Shah is scheduled to return to Kathmandu on September 26, the ministry said.
