KATHMANDU, SEPTEMBER 21 A bus operated by Riddhi Siddhi Yatayat caught fire at Tripureshwor Chowk in Kathmandu on Monday. Kathmandu District Police Range chief Senior Superintendent of Police Dilip Ghimire said the driver had apparently set the bus on fire himself. The driver, who sustained burn injuries, was taken to the Burn Hospital in Kirtipur for treatment, police said. Police are investigating the circumstances and motive behind the incident. The identity of the bus and the driver has not yet been disclosed. (With inputs from RSS)
