KATHMANDU: Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Wednesday clarified that the statement made by the government spokesperson and Minister for Information and Communication Shankar Pokhrel was not the government’s official view. Minister Pokhrel, some days ago, had said media entrepreneur Jamim Shah was killed due to a tension between India and Pakistan. The Indian Embassy yesterday expressed concern over the minister’s remarks. MoFA added that the government has formed a panel to probe into Shah’s murder.
