KATHMANDU: A total of 209 persons including students, teachers and staffers of Golden Gate International College at Old Baneshwor on Wednesday donated blood in a programme coordinated by Social Club of GGIC, Nepal Red Cross Society and Blood Transfusion Centre. Issuing a statement, GGIC said the students as well as staffers of the college participated in the donation. Signatures were also collected demanding timely constitution, declaring education sector a peace zone.
