KATHMANDU: Nepal posted an easy victory against Oman at Unity ground, Kuwait in the ACC Trophy Elite 2010 on Friday. Nepal achieved its second consecutive win as its batsman chased the target of 171 runs in just 39 overs losing only four wickets. Earlier, after winning the toss and electing to the bat first, Omen scored just 170 runs losing nine wickets in 50 overs.

In Omans' innings, Rahul BK and Shakti Gauchan grabbed three and two wickets respectively for Nepal while Mehbool Alam, Amrit Bhattarai and Sanjam Regmi each got a wicket.

Paras Khadka, the captain of the Nepal team, has been declared the Man of the Match for his 29 runs, a wicket and two catches in the match. Nepal will next play Singapore on Saturday at Unity.
