WALING: President Dr Ram Baran Yadav said on Friday that all the people representing various sectors should be responsible for the sake of development in the country. After attending a programme in Pokhara on Thursday, Yadav visited Syangja for the inauguration the Patanjali Yogpeeth building in Waling. He was of the view that it is not the time to deepen the conflict on the contentious issues but instead institutionalise the historic achievements brought about by the people’s sacrifice. He stressed that all the people should join hands in a responsible manner to take the peace process to a logical conclusion and draft the new statute in the given deadline as well as fulfill the tasks of institutionalisation of the republic. The President stressed on national integrity, sovereignty and communal harmony. He warned that any kind of ethnic conflict will push the country centuries back. Other speakers of the function Baba Ram Dev and Acharya Bal Krishna emphasised the importance of the herbal potential of the nation. President Yadav set out for Dhanusha to participate in a local Mithila Mahotsav in his hometown.
