KATHMANDU: Co-chairman of the Rastriya Janashakti Party Dr Prakash Chandra Lohani today accused that the three major parties - UCPN-Maoist, Nepali Congress and CPN-UML - are a failure in taking the peace process to a logical end and adopting the new constitution on time. The party leaders were busy in trading accusations against each other to cover their failures and weaknesses, Dr Lohani said at a press conference held at his parliamentary party office in Singha Durbar, two days ahead of the winter session. He said that there was a slim chance of adopting the new constitution on time as desired by the people. “It appears that the new constitution may not come on time due to intransigent stances of the major parties,” he said.
