SIMIKOT: A curfew has been imposed in the district headquarters of Humla following A clash which erupted between the cadres of the Nepali Congress and UCPN-Maoist on Wednesday. The NC activists today called the Simikot bandh protesting the Maoist vandalism on the Nepali Congress district office late on Tuesday. Today’s clash flared up when the Maoist cadres tried to defy bandh using force. Tension has gripped the district following the clash.
