BIRATNAGAR: Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport Bimalendra Nidhi said that the Supreme Court (SC)'s stay order has given a chance to mend the mistakes on 16-point pact recently signed by the four major political parties. Talking to media persons at Biratnagar Airport on Saturday, Minister Nidhi clarified that the tasks of delineating borders and naming the new provinces was under the jurisdiction of the Constituent Assembly (CA). He added that the SC has not disturbed the constitution drafting process and the CA would not issue a new constitution without federalism. Minister Nidhi further said that the constitution drafting process was a complex issue and therefore should not be hastened.
