BIRGUNJ: A pedestrian was knocked down by a tractor in Parsa district on Tuesday morning. Raj Kumar Tharu of Belba VDC in the district was hit by a Parsa-bound tractor (Na 1 Ta 4134) at Belba VDC, according to the District Police Office, Parsa. Critically injured Tharu was rushed to the Narayani Sub-Regional Hospital but breathed his last during the course of treatment. Police said that they have impounded the tractor and arrested its driver for investigation.
