Danish envoy greeted

KATHMANDU: Chief of the Royal household, Sardar Sarada Prasad Pradhan, went to the Embassy of Denmark at Lajimpat on Monday and extended greetings on behalf of the King to Danish charge d’affaires, Gert Meinecke, on the occasion of the Constitution Day of Denmark.

Murderer caught

KATHMANDU: The police said that Mohan Tamang (Bulan), who was arrested from Sano Gaucharan on Sunday, has confessed that he murdered six-year-old Anuska Dhungana. Anuska was kidnapped and found murdered on June 1. Police said Tamang had admitted having tried to rape the girl. — HNS
