LUMBINI: Sadbhawana Party Chairman Rajendra Mahato said that people would not accept the new constitution if it was promulgated without federalism. At a news conference organised by the Sadbhawana Party, Rupandehi committee, here today, Chairman Mahato said that the new statute without federalism would be incomplete as the main spirit of the people's movement, Madhes movement and other movements was to promulgate the federal, republic and democratic constitution. Stating that the Madhes movement has not been mentioned in the preamble of the proposed constitution, he suggested mentioning federalism, democracy and republicanism as unchangeable provisions in the new constitution.
