KATHMANDU: Chief Secretary Leela Mani Paudyal on Wednesday handed a letter of appreciation to Nepal Police recognising its contribution to the Bagmati River Clean-up Mega Campaign. Inspector General of Police Upendra Kant Aryal received the honour amid a function organised at Singha Durbar.
