SAPTARI: The curfew imposed in Bhardaha of Saptari since Tuesday has been lifted this morning. The curfew was enforced after the situation went out of control following the death of a protestor in a clash between police and demonstrators on yesterday morning. The local administration had imposed the curfew from yesterday evening to 5:00 am this morning. The curfew was not extended further after the situation returned back to normalcy by this morning, according to the local administration. Local resident Rajiv Raut (35) was killed after police opened fired on the protestors during an indefinite Madhes bandh at Saptari's Bhardaha yesterday.
